Terms & Conditions
Orders and payment
Design work begins once payment is received and your questionnaire is submitted. Prices are one-time and cover unlimited guests.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 4–7 days from receiving your details. Express delivery of 24–48 hours is available for an additional fee.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions on text, photos, colors and RSVP questions are included until your event day. Complex new illustrations or extra pages may be quoted separately.
Hosting
Your invitation link stays online until your event date plus two months. Extensions are available on request.
Refunds
Because each invitation is custom work, orders are non-refundable once design has begun. If we have not started, you receive a full refund.
Content rights
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, music or text you send us. We may showcase anonymised previews of finished work unless you ask us not to.
